Correct answer....not powerful. In fact worse then offering no power. How many times have you said to yourself, to your friend, to your spouse, or to your child, that your just going to take a "quick power nap" and in 20 minutes be ready to do whatever it is they want? And how many times have you been able to successfully get up after 20 and deliver on your promise?
For me, I have never been able to nap...never. When I was young I would wake up from the night, go 100% and pass out asleep at 7pm and there would be no waking me. I have slept through tornados, fire alarms, loud parties. After about 2 years old my parents gave up on me napping and said that I behaved worse after a nap and I continue that trend into my 20's.
I have learned to never trust that your yourself, your friend, your spouse, or your child will do anything if they say that they "just have to take a power nap." Don't wait around for them because they're power nap will be powerless and you won't hear from them until morning.
how powerful is your "power nap"?
I just did that to Eric last weekend, my 'quick 20 minute power nap' turned into an hour! Tt was awesome. But yeah, I'm usually worthless after a nap, it makes me more tired...
